Paid Time Off (PTO)
CSCI offers associates personal leave that may be used for vacation, personal, and sick days. We also offer several paid federal holidays in addition to the standard PTO bank.
Certifications and Training Program
We reimburse our associates for work-related courses and training when it is approved by CSCI. Many of our associates have taken this opportunity to enhance their skill sets with things like Project Management Professional (PMP) training, software certifications, and in pursuit of advanced Information Technology certifications.
Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
CSCI offers health, vision, and dental coverage for qualified associates. Our comprehensive coverage includes preventive care, prescription drugs, and most major medical.
Other Insurance Options
For associates enrolled in our offered health insurance, we offer a $25,000 life insurance policy at no additional charge. For all associates, we offer a Flexible Savings Account that can be used for medical co-pays, prescription drugs, and dependent care among other costs. We also offer associates short and long-term disability, cancer, hospitalization, and sickness coverage.
Retirement Savings
CSCI offers all associates a tax-deferred 401(k) plan. We pay all associated administrative costs and encourage associates to plan their financial future with contributions to their retirement savings.
