Michele Meyer
Michele Meyer,
CEO
Michele Meyer serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CSCI. Michele has over ten years of Federal Consulting experience and has worked in DoD agencies such as the Defense Finance and Accounting Services (DFAS) and the Business Transformation Agency (BTA).
As the CSCI lead she directs her organization in developing enterprise web and database solutions that best meet the needs of clients through the application of innovative computer and network technologies. Michele has led the successful transition of projects requiring large-scale project rescue. She has a record of delivering projects on schedule, on budget, and within scope.
 
Michele graduated from Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Georgia. She currently resides in Fishers, Indiana and enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and boating in her free time.
Lori Clyne
Lori Clyne,
Operations Manager
Lori Clyne serves CSCI as our Operations manager. Her wealth of experience in managing operations and personnel allows her to expertly manage relationships with associates, clients, and vendors.
 
Lori attended Indiana University and majored in Communications and Psychology. Prior to coming to CSCI, Lori served as President of the Escape Limited. This experience has drastically helped CSCI as Lori gained an in depth understanding of both Human Resources and managing day to day operations of an expanding business. Lori's first priority is meeting the needs of our associates, including new hires, performance reviews and day to day support. In addition, she helps meet the needs of our clients by ensuring a quick response time to both associate and client needs.
 
Lori and her family enjoy going up to Lake Maxinkuckee as often as possible to enjoy the sun, water and each other. She also enjoys hiking, traveling and reading.
Lindsay Earhart
Lindsay Earhart,
Controller
As our Controller, Lindsay Earhart serves as the primary point of contact for all financial matters. Her expertise in business and accounting provide guidance and strategic planning to CSCI.
 
Lindsay studied accounting and finance at Bond University in Gold Coast, Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Purdue University and a Master of Business from Bond University. Lindsay is charged with managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, budgeting and expenses, as well as payroll and benefits for CSCI associates. She is the point of contact for federal, state, and local taxes and happily supports accounting questions from associates and vendors.
 
Originally from Brownsburg, Indiana, Lindsay fell in love with the sun and surf after her studies in Australia. She hopes to continue to travel the world and experience other cultures in the years to come.

  

SALES & MARKETING TEAM

Roger Meyer
Roger Meyer,
Managing Director
Roger Meyer serves as CSCI's Business Development Manager. Roger has over 15 years of Marketing and Sales experience which has drastically helped CSCI with their increased revenue over the past several years.
 
Roger earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota. Prior to working for CSCI, he spent more than 14 years with the Trane Company, growing into several positions from Product Manager, Operations Manager to Marketing and Sales Manager. Roger focused on effectively managing large teams of associates and establishing a clear vision and goals. He always takes pride in his ability to coach and mentor new talent. Roger brings his positive attitude and emphasis on honesty and integrity
to CSCI. His high energy and ability to motivate associates has yielded a high performing team of IT, Sales and Marketing professionals.
 
When not spending time with his family, Roger enjoys boating, golfing, and competitive billiards.
Brian Detty
Brian Detty,
Director of Business Development
Brian Detty is using his "Partnering" concept to effectively build teams and ensure clear communications for CSCI. His focus is to help CSCI expand into the State and Commercial areas of Indianapolis.
 
Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Personnel Management from Indiana University, and brings more than 25 years of business development experience to CSCI. He has specialized in building long term partnerships that focus on providing effective solutions for our customers. The basis for building his partnerships is the ability to understand business needs and provide the appropriate recommendations and support.
 
Brian has many hobbies, but his biggest passion is for competitive waterskiing. Brian has served on the state board of directors (one of the largest in the country) and was president of the Indiana Water Ski Association for several years in addition to directing several national level tournaments.
Eric Detty
Eric Detty,
Director of Business Development
Eric Detty is using his many years of sales and business development experience to cultivate relationships with potential associates and federal and commercial clients for CSCI. His primary focus is to recruit the most qualified candidates in the area to better serve our clients.
 
Eric started his career working for SaniServ in 1985 while attending trade school. He was employed there for 22 years and eventually became their National Service Director. Eric worked for McComb Window and Door as a Trade Salesmen for 3 years before coming to CSCI in 2008. At CSCI, he's responsible for generating new business, establishing and supporting long term partnerships and assisting in sourcing high caliber associates to work and grow the CSCI Team. These duties along with Eric's customer support and sales background provide a professional and personal approach to new clients.
 
Born and raised in Indiana, Eric, his wife and son, have stayed close to their roots and still reside in Mooresville, Indiana. When he's not chasing his son around, Eric enjoys golf, boating and fishing.
Tonya Hanshew
Tonya Hanshew,
Director of Government Solutions
Tonya Hanshew serves CSCI and our clients as the Director of Government Solutions. She is a proven business development professional with a focus on developing major account management strategy to coordinate the efforts of management, consultants and business partners, ensuring a synergistic approach to client needs.
 
Tonya attended the University of Cincinnati and majored in Business Management. Prior to coming to CSCI, Tonya served as the Account Manager for State and Local Government at Haverstick Consulting, Inc. Her experience with the government sector includes establishing strong relationships with clients and partners, proposal development, contract negotiation and managing client engagements while supporting implementation teams. Tonya leverages this experience as she continues to develop value-driven solutions for government clients.
 
Tonya and her husband enjoy spending time with their two dogs, camping, and visiting their extended family and close friends as often as possible. She also enjoys cooking, music and reading.
Miranda Taylor-Pannell

Business Development
Miranda Taylor Pannell is using her many years of sales and marketing experience to establish relationships with future associates and clients.
 
Miranda earned a Bachelor's Degree from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business, while majoring in Marketing and Marketing Distribution Management. Miranda started her career working for various Indianapolis Marriott Hotels. Over a course of seven years, she was promoted four times and gained experience in Sales, Marketing and Operations. Her ability to cultivate long lasting relationships with clients has significantly contributed to her success. Miranda is utilizing this experience as she continues to develop and recruit a strong team for CSCI.
 
Miranda enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. When they are not hanging out at the playground, they enjoy camping, traveling and having family movie nights!
