Michele Meyer,
CEO

Ms. Meyer is CSCI Consulting’s President and Founder. She is an accomplished leader and entrepreneur with over 14 years information technology industry experience. She manages company-wide technology initiatives for multi-million dollar federal and state contracts. As the CSCI lead she directs her organization in developing enterprise web and database solutions that best meet the needs of clients through the application of innovative computer and network technologies. Michele has led the successful transition of projects requiring large-scale project rescues. She has a record of delivering projects on schedule, on budget, and within scope.

Ms. Meyer implements best practice technology solutions throughout CSCI’s corporate structure and authors countless whitepapers. She has been locally recognized for leading CSCI to meteoric success and has been featured in numerous local media publications.

She continually supports business organizations in the Indianapolis area such as Girls, Inc., Keeping Indianapolis Beautiful (KIB) and Rebuilding Together, as well as sponsoring a Hoosier family from the United Christmas Service and The American Cancer Society. Additionally, Michele is an active participant in the Indianapolis and Fishers Chamber of Commerce. She graduated from Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Georgia. Roger Meyer
Managing
Director


Roger Meyer is CSCI's Managing Director. With over 15 years of Marketing and Sales experience, he has drastically impacted CSCI’s 400% growth rate and increased revenue.

Prior to CSCI, Roger held several management positions with a global systems corporation. His leadership roles included Product Manager, Operations Manager to Marketing and Sales Manager. Championing large sales teams and establishing a clear vision and target goals, Roger’s success have surpassed revenue objectives and won regional recognition. His approach to CSCI’s corporate business development is deeply rooted in sound business practices with an emphasis on honesty and integrity.

Roger has a BS from the University of Minnesota. When his not spending time with this family, Roger enjoys boating, golfing and competitive billiards.



Brian Detty,

Development




Brian Detty is CSCI’s Director of Business Development. With over 27 years of business development experience, Brian identifies business opportunities in established state and commercial markets to expand CSCI’s presence throughout the Midwest.

Strategizing with Chief Information Officers, Directors of IT and Supply Information Management Professionals, Brian implements best business practices to ensure that our associates are the right fit for the client and that complete client satisfaction is maintained.

As new information technologies emerge, Brian builds and manages on-going positive and beneficial relationships with strategic partners in key industries such as government, healthcare, education, banking, and insurance. In addition, Brian aligns CSCI with top tier companies for teaming engagements on large scale IT projects.

Brian has a BS in Personnel Management from Indiana University. He has served on several philanthropic boards and is a Past President of the Indiana Water Ski Association.



Miranda Taylor

Manager

Miranda Taylor Pannell is using her many years of sales and marketing experience to establish relationships with future associates and clients.

Miranda earned a Bachelor's Degree from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business, while majoring in Marketing and Marketing Distribution Management. She began her career in the resort and tourism industry. Over a course of seven years, she was promoted four times and gained experience in Sales, Marketing and Operations. Her ability to cultivate long lasting relationships with clients has significantly contributed to her success. Miranda is utilizing this experience as she continues to develop CSCI’s presence with Federal agencies.

Miranda enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. When they are not hanging out at the playground, they enjoy camping, traveling and having family movie nights.

Schoeneman,

Solutions




Ms. Schoeneman is CSCI’s Director of Government Solutions. She is a dynamic professional with a distinguished 20-year career reflecting record-breaking performance in high-growth organizations. She is a poised public speaker and negotiator with an outstanding record in motivating a team to exceed corporate goals and objectives.

Stacia oversees CSCI’s government business development initiatives and forges strategic long-term partnerships with government clients throughout the Midwest. She is passionately committed to strong client relationships and is recognized for her innate ability to secure new accounts through powerful yet gentle closure techniques. In addition, she builds and maintains relationships with key corporate decision-makers while establishing excellent levels of retention and loyalty.

A few of her successes have been transforming the dream of a lucrative art consulting business to a reality. She built Fortune Art from the ground up through canvassing, recruiting, and sales presentations. She has also provided direct staff supplementation and business solutions for various Fortune 500 companies, as well as taught and mentored investment brokers.



Eric Detty,

Eric Detty is CSCI’s Personnel Development Manager. He has 22 years of business development experience. He is responsible for setting a strategic tone with the CSCI recruiting staff, technology partners, operations department, and new associates. His recruiting strategies have led to the successful placement of the industry’s most qualified functional and technical professionals for some of the largest Department of Defense agency initiatives. Eric ensures that CSCI maintains a robust Personnel Database and proactively recruits associates for CSCI. He assesses their skills and qualifications by utilizing CSCI technology experts for interviews and phone screens, contacting referrals and past employers, as well as administering skill set training. Eric also advances recruitment methods at CSCI by his relentless criterion to find the right associate for our federal and state partners in accelerated timeframes.

Born and raised in Indiana, Eric, his wife and son, have stayed close to their roots and still reside in Mooresville, Indiana. When he's not chasing his son around, Eric enjoys golf, boating and fishing.
