ACQUISITION AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
We hold proficiency in acquisition management support specific to U.S. Department of Defense business management offices. This includes research and analysis of project objectives, cost and pricing estimates, and creation of new acquisition documentation. We have supported all elements of the acquisition life-cycle, from initial requirements gathering through project implementation.
Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and Standardization (BPS)
We are adept at researching business processes and systems to develop end-to-end (E2E) process narratives, flowcharts, and control assessments within large, complex environments. We ensure the thoroughness of our research by conducting questionnaires, interviews, and surveys with business units and end users. Using this information to adapt “as is” processes to new “to be” environments, we facilitate BPR/BPS, address workflow gaps and process changes, and meet security and audit requirements. We also use integrated tools such as the Oracle BPM suite to streamline and automate manual business processes.
